Always returns false.
Remarks
Use the IsReadOnly property to determine whether the DetailsViewRow objects in the DetailsViewRowCollection object can be modified.

This property has been overridden to always return false, to indicate that the DetailsViewRow objects in the DetailsViewRowCollection object can be modified in all cases.
