I see this error is caused because of a driver. I have tried,

  1. Updating firmware and all drivers from HP
  2. Tried clean boot - disabled antivirus and all non-microsoft services.

I have Setuperr.log and Setupact.log files and don't know how to find out which driver is causing this problem.248783-setuperr.log

    Hi,

There are multiple third party utilities available that can help you to identify issues with drivers on your PC. It's going to be quite difficult to identify the troublesome driver otherwise.

Do you see any exclamation marks next to hardware items on Device Manager?

I hope this answers your question.

I don't see any exclamation marks in device manager. The setupacct.log and setuperr.log seems to be very exhaustive. I tried my best to find the offending driver(s) and couldn't find it.

You never mentioned whether the server is supported or not but the manufacturer will be your best resource for troubleshooting the hardware.
