I see this error is caused because of a driver. I have tried,
I have Setuperr.log and Setupact.log files and don't know how to find out which driver is causing this problem.248783-setuperr.log
Already checked that. Hardware is supported and manufacturer website shows supported drivers for Windows Server 2022. Installed Lenovo Xlarity express and drivers are all updated.

Server is out of warranty. I have posted in their hardware forum. Not sure how much software support we can get from there. Fingers crossed.
Is this an in-place upgrade? In-place upgrades can be problematic for any number of reasons. Might try a clean installation, patch fully, migrate roles over and move on.

Yes, it's inplace upgrade. Clean install is not an option, unfortunately. This is a single server environment.
