Accessing Sharepoint from Adobe Acrobat Pro

I am trying to add a sharepoint account on my acrobat pro and after I enter the account name and URL and click continue per the instructions https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/access-sharepoint-files.html, the same add account screen pops up with the info I had already entered. I am sure I am doing something wrong but can't put a finger on it.

    Hi @Justin Townsend ,

According to my research and testing, I can successfully access SharePoint files in Acrobat. To help you better, is there any error message? Can you share some screenshots with me? So that I can reproduce this issue.

Please try again by following the steps below:

    1. Go to Home.
    2. Choice "Add file storage", add SharePoint Site:

    Hello

I did do that and when I click on continue, the screen goes away for a second or two then comes back up. No error messages. 275467-screenshot.png
