Fail to export system Map & Spatial Mapping Database on HoloLens2

It is still error, when or how can I use that?

I want to use it when sharing a device anchor. Strangely, when only the map and anchor are shared, the anchor does not appear even in the same environment on a new device.

    This is a known issue. You can try the workaround in Hololens: Failed to export the spatial mapping database and system map - Microsoft Q&A.

    Restart Device Portal permissions in hololens [Setting > Update & Security > For developers].

    For sharing Anchor, you should use Export System Map & Anchors, please refer to Using the Windows Device Portal - Mixed Reality | Microsoft Learn.
