Same problem for me, tried login in with different account, in different computer, none worked. It seems Microsoft is preventing people from buying their own products.

I had the same problem and it took me forever to get past this. Microsoft support was mostly unhelpful, giving me different numbers to call, most of which had long waiting times and in the end just gave me yet another number to call.

Anyway, it turned out the problem was I was using Brave browser with uBlock enabled. I tried again using Chrome browser without any plugins, and then it worked fine. I guess the error message could be better, because it does not point to a browser problem in the slightest.

I ordered a new "Microsoft 365 Business Premium" license yesterday morning and also received error code 43881. In the admin portal I noticed that everything looks fine, but no license can be added.

Then I called support and had a very rude lady on the phone, who gave me the ticket number 2311010040002922 and said that someone from technical support would get back to me in 1-24 hours, which of course did not happen. This is really a very unsatisfactory situation, apparently Microsoft does not need to get new customers.
