Error code 43881 when trying to activate Windows 365 evaluation trial period right after the payment method (Mastercard debit card) was accepted. I was not able to continue after multiple attempts, so I even tried to purchase a license and it still rejected with same error.

short workaround is to call MS and ask for a sales order to be generated as per this....

The core reason this is happening is that the card being used to access the service is linked to another subscription!
use a card that's never been linked to a MS subscription before!!!
