Azure Notification Hubs: Unable to register device using "Create or overwrite an installation" REST API

We are experiencing issues with registering devices in our Azure Notification Hubs using the "Create or overwrite an installation" REST API. Although the API returns 200, the device doesn't get registered, and the "Installation GET" returns 404. We need help with debugging this issue. How can we better investigate what is going wrong?

Mean while could you please help us with last four digits of your subscription Id, notification hub namespace name and issue start time (utc) to check and assist you further on this.

Issue Start Time: Cannot pinpoint exact time, must have started somewhere this week, a couple of days ago (13-14-15/11)

We are experiencing the same on our end. We are using the Notification Hub SDK. For a week ago everything worked like a charm, this week not so much.. We are having problems registering new installations and updating installations. Tried creating a new Notification Hub, same problem.

I would suggest you retry the installation operation and let us know if you are still facing the issues.
