SCOM 2019 - Unable to add RHEL 9 Linux server in SCOM monitoring

Hello All,

I tried to add newly built Linux RHEL 9 server in our Prod environment but received below error.

Failed to install kit. Exit code: 60
Standard Output: Sudo path: /usr/bin/
Extracting...
Installing cross-platform agent ...
----- Installing package: omi (omi-1.6.10-2.ulinux.x64) -----
Error: This system does not have a supported version of OpenSSL installed.
This system's OpenSSL version: 3.0.7
Supported versions: 1.0., 1.1.

But we have another with same version and its monitoring without any issues.

Please advise how to fix this issue.
