how to access samples for power bi training?

I'm on this link https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/training/modules/analyze-data-power-bi/4-lab-2 and when I try to follow the steps to Add the Sales and Marketing Sample app, I cannot find out anything.

After selecting "Get Apps," you can search by entering "Sales and Marketing." You will then find the app and the PBIX file. To install the app, select it. If you want to open the PBIX file "Sales and Marketing," select the PBIX file. Please refer to the screenshot below.

Yeah, the sample is not found upon search at all.

i used the word "and" and the ampersand '&' and nothing is found
