We are very disappointed with the lack of attention given to our support request. As a large company, we expected a prompt response. However, the response has been poor. We are in urgent need of data recovery and are hoping for a quick response before the data retention period expires.

We had an additional disk attached to our VM that had been working fine for years. However, this morning, when we accessed the VM, we noticed that the disk was no longer attached. We went to the disk mounting section and reattached the disk, but it now appears empty. Please assist us in recovering the deleted disk/data.
