Azure OpenAI instance creation stuck in "Creating" status

Hello,

I am trying to create an Azure OpenAI instance and it seems stuck in "Creating" status.

I created some with the East US location but the ones with the Switzerland North location are stuck.

What might be the issue here?

    Hi @JOAO FERREIRA,

    Sorry for the delay in reply and we appreciate your patience. The product group has been resolved this issue.

    The Switzerland North region was missed in api rollout due to switching from classic to one branch release. Since this region was missed in the release, the pat token expired and the pods went down.

    We have since rotated the pat token in the interim to mitigate, while the pipeline has been fixed with the added region and we will deploy this api change.

    I request you to test the resource creation in Switzerland North region.
