Hi. Sometimes at the logon a black screen and only restarting the terminal server helps.
I see errors in the logs(Profile):

The file server has 2TB of free disk memory.

Please upload the fslogix logs on the problematic server under below path:
%ProgramData%\FSLogix\Logs
