Hello @Graeme Bennett ,
Thanks for your feedback.
Did you try to downgrade to FSLogix 2004 (2.9.7349.30108) and check if the issue can be resolved?

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I am having an issue where some of the FSLogix temporary folders do not get deleted when the user logs off. The next time they log in, they will get a folder C:\Users\local_username1 (where the '1' is appended to the end).
This causes issues with some programs; they will error trying to access the users %TEMP% or %TMP%.
The error in C:\ProgramData\FSLogix\Logs\Profile states that:
Failed to delete C:\Users\local_username (The directory is not empty.)
Failed to delete C:\Users\local_username (Access is denied.)
Here is some background information:
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Leila
no, but we will try to do so and let you know.
Best regards,

Hi Leila
as far as we can tell everything seems to work with 2004. Thanks for your help on that. I'm wondering why MS wasn't able to correct that in the new release just came out.
Best regards,
Marc
Hi Leila
i'm sorry, wrong feedback. We still have the same issues with the Version 2004, some profiles can't be deleted after logout, so that's not the solution. At least for our case.
Any other thoughts on this or was anybody able to solve that?
Best regards,
Marc
We also have the same problem with FSlogix version 2.9.7838.44263.
