I am having the same problem with my work account when trying to set up my new work laptop. Error says the account does not exist
How do I set up a laptop for work use only without a microsoft personal account?

I want to set up a small business laptop. The company has business 365 and the employee has a work email associated with it. This email won't work for setting up the laptop though.
Do I have to make her another (personal) account to use for work?
