Hello,
when connecting remote desktop to join AzureVirtualDesktop VM, we get the error below.
How to fix this in the best way?
Thanks in advance.

Have Microsoft ever replied for a fix to this? I'm having the same error for one user. I've refreshed the feed, unsubscribed/resubscribed. Uninstalled and reinstalled RemoteDesktop and still receiving this error.

When connecting via the web (https://client.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient/index.html) no errors.

Can you check the Date & Time on the PC? I was facing the same issue, none of the solutions provided above worked.

In my case the user's Date & Time was wrong and set to manual.

I changed it to the correct D&T, and synced it with Windows Time server.

    And this fixed my issue.

Go to Control Panel > Date and Time > Internet Time Select Change settings... Check: Synchronize with an Internet server, Select the time server: time.windows.com Select Update now Click OK, OK, and close out of the window Then just re-subscribe the feed, and try again. I was able to get the user log into their Azure VD this way.
