Unfortunately, end users have started reporting the black screen again!
I had thought moving the licensing role to another server had fixed it, but that doesn't appear to be the case.
What is odd....Although licencing is clearly on a different server and the CALs have been moved successfully, the licensing role server doesn't appear to be issuing licenses to those who login to the remote desktop server.
It has only licenses 1 user (an admin) which I used to test it...
Any thoughts?
