The DownloadStreaming(Uri, HttpRange, CancellationToken) operation downloads the recording's content.

Recording's content's url location.
- range
- HttpRange
If provided, only download the bytes of the content in the specified range. If not provided, download the entire content.
- cancellationToken
- CancellationToken
Optional CancellationToken to propagate notifications that the operation should be canceled.
Returns
A Response<T> containing the downloaded content.
Remarks
A RequestFailedException will be thrown if a failure occurs.
