A class representing a collection of BillingRoleDefinitionResource and their operations. Each BillingRoleDefinitionResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of BillingAccountResource. To get a BillingRoleDefinitionCollection instance call the GetBillingRoleDefinitions method from an instance of BillingAccountResource.
