A class representing a collection of SelfHelpDiagnosticResource and their operations. Each SelfHelpDiagnosticResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ArmResource. To get a SelfHelpDiagnosticCollection instance call the GetSelfHelpDiagnostics method from an instance of ArmResource.
