A class representing a collection of SqlServerJobStepResource and their operations. Each SqlServerJobStepResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SqlServerJobResource. To get a SqlServerJobStepCollection instance call the GetSqlServerJobSteps method from an instance of SqlServerJobResource.
