A class representing a collection of EncryptionScopeResource and their operations. Each EncryptionScopeResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of StorageAccountResource. To get an EncryptionScopeCollection instance call the GetEncryptionScopes method from an instance of StorageAccountResource.
