A class representing a collection of SynapseKustoPoolResource and their operations. Each SynapseKustoPoolResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SynapseWorkspaceResource. To get a SynapseKustoPoolCollection instance call the GetSynapseKustoPools method from an instance of SynapseWorkspaceResource.
