The persistence store the manager will operate over.

optionsAccessor: IOptions<IdentityOptions>

The accessor used to access the IdentityOptions.

passwordHasher: IPasswordHasher<TUser>

The password hashing implementation to use when saving passwords.

userValidators: IEnumerable<IUserValidator<TUser>>

A collection of IUserValidator<TUser> to validate users against.

passwordValidators: IEnumerable<IPasswordValidator<TUser>>

A collection of IPasswordValidator<TUser> to validate passwords against.

keyNormalizer: ILookupNormalizer

The ILookupNormalizer to use when generating index keys for users.

errors: IdentityErrorDescriber

The IdentityErrorDescriber used to provider error messages.

services: IServiceProvider

The IServiceProvider used to resolve services.

logger: ILogger<UserManager<TUser>>

The logger used to log messages, warnings and errors.
