Parameters for updating a namespace resource.

a delegate that is called when the remote service returns 200 (OK).

onCreated: Func<HttpResponseMessage,Task<IEhNamespace>,Task>

a delegate that is called when the remote service returns 201 (Created).

onAccepted: Func<HttpResponseMessage,Task>

a delegate that is called when the remote service returns 202 (Accepted).
