Gets a value indicating whether the mask accepts characters outside of the ASCII character set.

if only ASCII is accepted; false
if MaskedTextProvider can accept any arbitrary Unicode character. The default is false

Remarks
The AsciiOnly property's value is set in the MaskedTextProvider constructor.
If true
, AsciiOnly restricts user input to the ASCII character set.
