Always false.
Remarks
The CanSelectMultipleInstances method always returns false. Therefore, only one trigger can be selected every time that the UpdatePanelTriggerCollectionEditor object is used. A trigger can be an AsyncPostBackTrigger or a PostBackTrigger object.
