The constructor is called when a derived class is initialized, such as the CatalogZone class provided with the Web Parts control set. The base CatalogZoneBase constructor helps prepare the page to display the Web Parts catalog user interface (UI), by passing the appropriate WebPartDisplayMode object to the WebPartManager control. Specifically, the constructor passes a CatalogDisplayMode object.
