Occurs when a user changes the ConnectionPoint locations associated with a Connector displayed by the FreeformActivityDesigner.

Remarks
A connector is changed when a user changes the ConnectionPoint locations at either end of a Connector object.
OnConnectorChanged is the registered delegate event handler for the ConnectorChanged event.
