Gets a value that indicates whether the FreeformActivityDesigner can be visually resized on the workflow design surface.

true if the FreeformActivityDesigner can be visually resized; otherwise, false. The default is true.
Remarks
If AutoSize is set to true and AutoSizeMode is set to GrowAndShrink, EnableVisualResizing returns false. In all other conditions EnableVisualResizing returns true.
