Remarks

A framed message contains one or more framed records, which may have their payloads chunked. A framed record contains a payload described by a Type, a FramingTypeFormat, a ContentLength , and an optional Id . framed record headers stores information about these and other record and payload properties. But if the payload is chunked in a framed message, only the first record containing the chunked payload can have its header information accessed.

A FramingRecord is not directly creatable (the class has no public constructor); it is created using the NewRecord method when writing a framed message and accessed with the ReadRecord method when reading a framed message.
