Warranty Field, Service Line Table

Specifies that a warranty discount is available on the current service line of type Item or Resource.

If you select the Blank or Cost option in the Type field of the service line, you will not be able to insert a check mark in this field. Warranty can not be applied to lines of these types.

The program inserts a check mark in this field if the Warranty field on the service item line contains a check mark, and the order date falls in between the starting and ending dates of the service item warranty.

If you remove a check mark from the Exclude Warranty field, the program will automatically enter a check mark in the Warranty field. And, if you insert a check mark in the Exclude Warranty field on the service line, the program will remove a check mark from the Warranty field.
