Remarks

This gets or sets the text used for the caption in a floating window or for the tab page in a tabbed UI. This is 'new' not 'override' since if we override it, we also will get a stack overflow in the UI design tool.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
