TimeOffset	Represents the duration offset from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) for the time zone transition.
Month (Time Zone Transition)	Represents the month in which the time zone transition occurs.
Day	Represents the day of the month on which the time zone transition occurs.

Remarks

An example of a time zone transition that could be represented by the RecurringDateTransition element is a transition that occurs on March 15 each year.
