Quick Start Guide - Services Admin

When your agreement begins, you receive a "Welcome to Microsoft Unified Support!" email with your registration link. After you register on Services Hub, you can start onboarding your team immediately.

Register for Services Hub

  1. Select the Register Now link in your welcome email and enter your work email credentials on the Sign In page.

  2. Complete your Profile.

  3. Watch the Services Hub Overview video.

Invite your team to join

  1. Navigate to Services Hub > Management > Manage users.

  2. Enter work emails to invite users to join, then click Invite users.

  3. Invite users – upload a .csv file for bulk invites.

Designate support contacts

  1. Navigate to Management > Manage users.

  2. Enable a user to enter support requests from the registered users list by sliding the Support Contact button to on.

View agreement entitlements and usage

  1. Navigate to Management > Customer Activity.

  2. Directly self-serve on Services Hub to understand what has been purchased and delivered against your current support agreement(s), without needing your CSAM to manually generate your Customer Proof of Delivery (CPOD) report. For more information, see Customer Activity page documentation.

  3. Contact your Microsoft Representative to schedule your On-Demand Assessment Setup and Config Service.

Note

An active Azure subscription will be necessary. You can use an existing or create a new customer subscription; if you do not have one, you are eligible for a Microsoft sponsored subscription.

  • Support Contact limits are based on your agreement.
  • Changes to roles may take up to 2 hours to replicate.
  • Microsoft Technical Account Managers and Services Account Coordinators will configure the default workspace and create additional workspaces as needed.
