Comentarios

El parámetro value se convierte en milisegundos, que se convierte en tics, y ese número de tics se usa para inicializar el nuevo TimeSpan. Por lo tanto, value solo se considerarán precisos para el milisegundo más cercano. Tenga en cuenta que, debido a la pérdida de precisión del tipo de datos Double, esta conversión puede provocar un OverflowException para los valores que están cerca de pero que siguen en el intervalo de MinValue o MaxValue. Por ejemplo, esto provoca un OverflowException en el siguiente intento de crear instancias de un objeto TimeSpan.
