Remarques

L’heure locale est égale à l’heure UTC (Temps universel coordonné) plus le décalage UTC. Pour plus d’informations sur le décalage UTC, consultez TimeZoneInfo.GetUtcOffset. La conversion prend également en compte la règle d’heure d’été qui s’applique à l’heure représentée par l’objet actif DateTime .

Important

Sur les systèmes Windows XP, la ToLocalTime méthode reconnaît uniquement la règle d’ajustement actuelle lors de la conversion d’UTC en heure locale. Par conséquent, les conversions pour les périodes antérieures à l’entrée en vigueur de la règle d’ajustement actuelle peuvent ne pas refléter avec précision la différence entre l’heure UTC et l’heure locale.

À compter de la version 2.0 du .NET Framework, la valeur retournée par la ToLocalTime méthode est déterminée par la Kind propriété de l’objet actuel DateTime . Le tableau suivant décrit les résultats possibles.

Notes

La ToLocalTime méthode convertit une DateTime valeur utc en heure locale. Pour convertir l’heure d’un fuseau horaire désigné en heure locale, utilisez la TimeZoneInfo.ConvertTime méthode .

La valeur retournée par la conversion est une DateTime propriété dont Kind la propriété retourne Localtoujours . Par conséquent, un résultat valide est retourné même si ToLocalTime est appliqué à plusieurs reprises au même DateTime.

Notes pour les appelants

Vous pouvez utiliser la ToLocalTime() méthode pour restaurer une valeur de date et d’heure locale convertie en UTC par la ToUniversalTime() méthode ou FromFileTimeUtc(Int64) . Toutefois, si l’heure d’origine représente une heure non valide dans le fuseau horaire local, elle ne correspond pas à la valeur restaurée. Lorsque la ToLocalTime() méthode convertit une heure d’UTC en fuseau horaire local, elle ajuste également l’heure afin qu’elle soit valide dans le fuseau horaire local.

Par exemple, le passage de l’heure standard à l’heure d’été se produit dans le fuseau horaire des États-Unis pacifique le 14 mars 2010, à 2 h 00, lorsque l’heure avance d’une heure, à 3 h 00. Cet intervalle d’heure est une heure non valide, c’est-à-dire un intervalle de temps qui n’existe pas dans ce fuseau horaire. L’exemple suivant montre que lorsqu’une heure comprise dans cette plage est convertie en UTC par la ToUniversalTime() méthode, puis restaurée par la ToLocalTime() méthode, la valeur d’origine est ajustée pour devenir une heure valide. Vous pouvez déterminer si une valeur de date et d’heure particulière peut faire l’objet d’une modification en la transmettant à la méthode, comme l’illustre IsInvalidTime(DateTime) l’exemple.
