true si la demande adressée à la ressource Internet doit contenir un en-tête HTTP Connection avec la valeur Keep-alive ; sinon, false. La valeur par défaut est true.

Remarques

Prudence

WebRequest, HttpWebRequest, ServicePointet WebClient sont obsolètes et vous ne devez pas les utiliser pour le nouveau développement. Utilisez HttpClient à la place.

Définissez cette propriété sur true pour envoyer un en-tête HTTP Connection avec la valeur Keep-alive. Une application utilise KeepAlive pour indiquer une préférence pour les connexions persistantes. Lorsque la propriété KeepAlive est true, l’application établit des connexions persistantes aux serveurs qui les prennent en charge.

Note

Lorsque vous utilisez HTTP/1.1, Keep-Alive est activé par défaut. La définition de KeepAlive sur false peut entraîner l’envoi d’un en-tête Connection: Close au serveur.
