L’exemple de code suivant vérifie d’abord que EnablePasswordRetrieval est true, puis récupère le mot de passe d’un nom d’utilisateur spécifié et l’envoie à l’adresse e-mail de l’utilisateur spécifié.

Important

Le renvoi d’un mot de passe en texte clair à l’aide d’un e-mail n’est pas recommandé pour les sites qui nécessitent un niveau de sécurité élevé. Pour les sites à haute sécurité, nous vous recommandons de retourner des mots de passe à l’aide du chiffrement, tel que SSL.

Cet exemple inclut une zone de texte qui accepte l’entrée utilisateur, qui est une menace potentielle pour la sécurité. Remarques

Si EnablePasswordRetrieval a la valeur false, le fournisseur d’appartenances sous-jacent peut lever un HttpException.

Les fournisseurs inclus dans le .NET Framework prennent en charge plusieurs formats de mot de passe pour améliorer la sécurité des mots de passe. Si le format de mot de passe est défini sur Hashed, les utilisateurs ne pourront pas récupérer leur mot de passe existant à partir de la base de données. Le Hashed format de mot de passe fournit un encodage unidirectionnel des valeurs de mot de passe. Les mots de passe sont « hachés » et comparés aux valeurs stockées dans la base de données pour l’authentification. Les valeurs « hachées » ne peuvent pas être décodées pour récupérer la valeur du mot de passe d’origine. Pour plus d'informations, consultez MembershipPasswordFormat.
