Usare questo metodo per convertire un punto di codice Unicode a 21 bit in una stringa codificata UTF-16 prima di testare la stringa con metodi come IsLowSurrogate(Char) e IsHighSurrogate(Char).
Un punto di codice valido all'esterno del piano multilingue di base (BMP) restituisce sempre una coppia surrogata valida. Tuttavia, un punto di codice valido all'interno del BMP potrebbe non restituire un risultato valido in base allo standard Unicode perché non viene usata alcuna elaborazione linguistica nella conversione. Per questo motivo, usare la System.Text.UTF32Encoding classe per convertire dati UTF-32 bulk in dati UTF-16 bulk.
