Utilizzare la DataKeys raccolta per accedere ai valori chiave di ogni record (visualizzato come riga) in un controllo elenco di dati. In questo modo è possibile archiviare il campo chiave con un controllo elenco di dati senza visualizzarlo nel controllo . Questa raccolta viene compilata automaticamente con i valori del campo specificato dalla DataKeyField proprietà .
Il campo chiave viene comunemente usato in un gestore per un evento, ad esempio ItemCommand
o DeleteCommand
, come parte di una stringa di query di aggiornamento per modificare un record specifico nell'origine dati. Il campo chiave consente alla stringa di query di aggiornamento di identificare il record appropriato da modificare.
