L'enumerazione ButtonType viene usata per rappresentare i diversi tipi di pulsanti(ad esempio pulsante di comando, pulsante immagine, pulsante di collegamento e così via) di cui è possibile eseguire il rendering in una pagina di ASP.NET. Viene comunemente usato dalle proprietà, ad esempio la ButtonType proprietà della ButtonFieldBase classe per indicare il tipo di pulsante utilizzato dal controllo padre.
