EventHubQueueCacheFactory のコンストラクター

BlockPoolMonitorFactory	パフォーマンスメトリックを報告するブロックプールモニターを作成します。ファクトリ関数は IObjectPoolMonitor を返す必要があります。
CacheMonitorFactory	パフォーマンスメトリックを報告するキャッシュモニターを作成します。ファクトリ関数は ICacheMonitor を返す必要があります。

AddCachePressureMonitors(IEventHubQueueCache, EventHubStreamCachePressureOptions, ILogger)	EventHubQueueCache のキャッシュ圧力モニターを構成するために使用される関数。ユーザーはこの関数をオーバーライドして、キャッシュ圧力モニターをさらにカスタマイズできます
