このメソッドは System.IEquatable<T> インターフェイスを実装し、value
パラメーターをオブジェクトに変換する必要がないため、Equals よりも若干優れたパフォーマンスを発揮します。
value
インスタンス型よりもビット数が少ない (狭い) 場合、一部のプログラミング言語では暗黙的な拡大変換が実行され、パラメーターの値がより多くのビットを持つ値に変換されます。
たとえば、インスタンス型が Int32 で、パラメーター型が Byteされるとします。 Microsoft C# コンパイラは、パラメーターの値を Int32 オブジェクトとして表す命令を生成した後、Int32 インスタンスとパラメーター表現を比較する Int32.CompareTo メソッドを生成します。

コンパイラオーバーロードの解決は、2 つの Equals(Object) メソッドオーバーロードの動作の明らかな違いを考慮する可能性があります。

引数が Decimal 値でない場合は常に false
