Renders the child controls of the HtmlForm control.

Remarks
The RenderChildren method renders client script to ensure that the browser focus is set to the control specified in the DefaultFocus property.
Note
A control specified by the Page.SetFocus property takes precedence over a control specified by the DefaultFocus property.
Notes to Inheritors
When overriding the RenderChildren(HtmlTextWriter) method in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's RenderChildren(HtmlTextWriter) method so that the HtmlForm control's child controls are correctly rendered.
