注釈

タイマー キューに TimerEventSubscription を追加します。 キュー内のサブスクリプションは、TimerEventSubscription.ExpiresAt の値に基づいて配置されます。この値が小さいサブスクリプションほど、値の大きいサブスクリプションの前に配置されます。 キューの先頭に新しいサブスクリプションが追加されると、WorkflowSchedulerService.Cancel が呼び出され、それまでキューの先頭にあったタイマー イベントがキャンセルされます。さらに、WorkflowSchedulerService.Schedule(WaitCallback, Guid, DateTime, Guid) が呼び出され、新しいタイマー イベントがスケジュールされます。 Add は新しいサブスクリプションを追加する前に TimerEventSubscriptionCollection をロックするので、スレッド セーフです。
