追跡サービスは ProfileUpdated イベントを出すことにより、特定のワークフロー TrackingProfile の新しい Type が使用可能であることをランタイム追跡インフラストラクチャに通知することができます。 ワークフロー Type と TrackingProfile は、ProfileUpdatedEventArgs で渡されます。
