Gets or sets the line number information for the XML node being validated.

Remarks
Line information is reported by any XmlSchemaValidationException thrown during the validation process.
The default IXmlLineInfo object returned by the LineInfoProvider property returns 0 for the LineNumber and LinePosition properties.
