OnItemCommand メソッドを使用して ItemCommand イベントのカスタム ハンドラを提供します。
ItemCommand イベントは、DataGrid コントロールの任意のボタンがクリックされたときに発生します。このイベントは、DataGrid コントロールで Add などのカスタム CommandName 値を持つボタン コントロールを処理するために使用します。
