Ignore Def. Ending Book Value Field, FA Depreciation Book Table

If a check mark is entered in the Ignore Def. Ending Book Value field, then for the asset that the FA Depreciation book applies to, the program will ignore the default ending book value in the Depreciation Book table. The value in the Ending Book Value field will always apply, even if it is zero.
